Unfortunately due to a high volume of last minute cancellations we have put policies in place which will apply if you decide to make a booking after a consultation and patch test have been done.
Deposit:
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations:
Clients must pay a £20 deposit to secure their booking and provide at least 48 hours notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment. If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining treatment cost will be charged. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
No Shows:
Any no-shows will forfeit their deposit and be required to pay the remaining balance of their session. A new deposit will also be required to book another appointment. Pre-paid clients will lose one session from their prepaid treatments.
Punctuality:
Please always let us know if you are running late, if you are running more than 15 minutes late there may be a chance we can not treat you and the no show policy will be applied.
Following Pre Care:
It is your responsibility to follow all pre-care instructions. If you arrive for your appointment without adhering to these instructions, we will be unable to treat you. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining balance of your session will be charged. A new deposit will also be required to book another appointment.
